Lead the design, development, and deployment of AIand Machine Learningsolutions.
Architect scalable applicationsleveragingGenerative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Sciencetechniques.
Own technical solution designand guide implementation decisions across projects.
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and shape AI solution roadmaps
Drive delivery of production-ready AI systemswhile ensuring high engineering and quality standards.
Mentor and support team members through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
ActivelyleverageAI-powered development toolssuch as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, andChatPwCto enhance productivity, improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and solve complex business challenges responsibly.
4+ years of experiencein AI, Machine Learningor Software Engineering.
Strong Python programming skills(e.g.pandas,numpy, scikit-learn).
Proven experience delivering solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision
Experience working with SQL databases
Experience designing, deploying, andmaintainingproduction-grade AI systems
Understanding ofthe ML lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, and business users
Ability to mentor and support less experienced engineers

Salary: starting from 2500 EUR/month
