Job Role

The Senior AI Engineer will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise AI solutions across Generative AI, Image AI, Predictive AI, and Big Data Analytics projects. Acting as a Technical Lead or Project Manager, this role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions while collaborating with clients, global engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Beyond technical delivery, this position plays a key role in mentoring AI engineers, driving technical innovation, evaluating emerging AI technologies, and contributing to the organization's AI capabilities and solution portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead enterprise AI projects as a Technical Lead or Project Manager across Generative AI, Computer Vision, Predictive AI, and analytics initiatives.
• 
  Analyze client business challenges and design scalable AI solution architectures that address technical and commercial requirements.
• 
  Develop AI implementation strategies, conduct technical assessments, and prepare solution proposals for enterprise clients.
• 
  Collaborate with global engineering teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• 
  Research, evaluate, and apply emerging AI technologies to continuously enhance solution capabilities.
• 
  Mentor and provide technical guidance to AI engineers while supporting team capability development.
• 
  Contribute to AI knowledge sharing, technical assets, best practices, and internal capability-building initiatives.
• 
  Support business development activities by presenting AI capabilities and technical solutions to prospective clients.

Candidate Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 
  6–8 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI solution development.
• 
  Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise AI solutions.
• 
  Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Computer Vision (Image AI), Predictive Analytics, or Big Data Analytics.
• 
  Experience leading AI projects as a Technical Lead, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• 
  Strong understanding of modern AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, or related AI frameworks is highly preferred.
• 
  Experience with cloud-based AI development environments and enterprise system integration is an advantage.
• 
  Familiarity with NVIDIA AI technologies (CUDA, NeMo, NIM), MLOps, AIOps, or AI Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives is highly desirable.
• 
  Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• 
  Business-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory.
• 
  Professional proficiency in English is required for collaboration with global teams.
