Job Description

Your Role

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering innovative AI-powered modernization solutions that help organizations accelerate the transformation of legacy SAS environments into scalable, cloud-native platforms on Google Cloud. You will lead the development of intelligent AI agents, leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to build high-impact solutions that combine software engineering, data engineering, cloud technologies, and artificial intelligence. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions.

Your Profile

• Demonstrates strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and cloud-native engineering, transforming complex challenges into scalable, business-focused solutions.
• Applies a problem-solving mindset with an innovation-first approach, leveraging emerging technologies to accelerate modernization and deliver measurable value.
• Collaborates effectively across multidisciplinary and global teams, fostering knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and collective success.
• Takes ownership of solution design and delivery, combining technical leadership, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Embraces continuous learning and adaptability, staying at the forefront of AI, data, and cloud technologies while driving meaningful transformation for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, or related technical roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications
• Experience with AI agent orchestration, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Vertex AI and BigQuery
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, and scalable application design.
• Experience developing automation platforms, developer tools, or modernization frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively in global environments.
