Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer (d/f/m) to design, build, and operate production-grade AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and LLM-based systems

In this role, you will work across AI engineering, cloud architecture, and software development, building scalable AI services and integrating them into enterprise applications. You will collaborate closely with product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate real-world problems into effective AI solutions.

AI & Machine Learning Engineering

• Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI and machine learning solutions, including model evaluation, prompt engineering, and NLP-based applications.
• Plan and conduct AI experiments and benchmarking, analyze results, and select appropriate models and architectures for production environments.

Software Development & Integration

• Develop AI-powered services primarily using Python, with supporting services built in TypeScript/JavaScript
• Build user-facing components using modern frontend frameworks such as React, and integrate AI functionality into existing enterprise systems.
• Package and deploy applications using Docker-based containerization

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, and operate AI solutions on AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or Bicep, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git and GitLab
• Ensure systems meet requirements for security, authentication, and scalability

Data & MLOps

• Prepare and manage datasets for AI workloads, including data curation, preprocessing, and pipeline development
• Deploy and operate ML and LLM models in production, implementing monitoring, logging, and observability to ensure reliability and performance.

Collaboration & AI Strategy

• Work with stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and internal AI strategy initiatives

Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience developing and deploying production AI or ML systems

Technical Skills

• AI & Machine Learning Experience with Generative AI, LLM systems, NLP techniques, prompt engineering, and model evaluation, using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain
• Programming Strong development experience with Python, along with TypeScript or JavaScript for backend or frontend services.
• Cloud & DevOps Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure, containerization using Docker, version control with Git/GitLab, and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or Bicep
• Data & Databases: Experience working with data preparation, data pipelines, and databases, including PostgreSQL and DynamoDB

• Curiosity for emerging technologies and AI advancements, combined with a proactive and innovative mindset.
