Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer / Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and managing enterprise-grade AI Agents, Copilots, Multi-Agent Systems, RAG solutions, autonomous workflows, and AI-powered business applications.

The role involves close collaboration with Japanese customers, business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams. Strong Japanese communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Build Agentic AI and Multi-Agent architectures for enterprise applications.
• Develop AI Agents using LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and/or CrewAI.
• Design and implement RAG, Vector Search, Knowledge Grounding, and AI Search solutions.
• Develop enterprise Copilots for HR, Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, IT Operations, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop and deploy GenAI applications using Azure OpenAI, GPT models, and open-source LLMs.
• Implement Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Tool Calling, Agent Memory, MCP, and Agent Orchestration.
• Build AI evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, relevance, groundedness, hallucination, latency, and cost.
• Design scalable AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Develop AI/ML models for prediction, forecasting, recommendation, classification, anomaly detection, and NLP.
• Implement AI security, governance, monitoring, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Work directly with Japanese customers for requirements gathering, technical discussions, solution design, and presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture and solution design.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in Agentic AI / AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience developing and deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise data, APIs, cloud platforms, and business applications.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Experience working with Japanese customers or within a Japanese enterprise environment is an advantage.
