Job Description Senior AI Engineer – Copilot Studio & Azure AI Foundry Experience: 8+ Years Role Level: Senior Engineer / Lead Engineer Location: Office Department: Data & AI Practice Role Summary We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer with a strong Data Science and Machine Learning background and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio , Azure AI Foundry , Agentic AI , and Generative AI Platforms . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and governing enterprise-grade AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Copilots, Autonomous Workflows, and AI-powered Business Applications. The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Agent Orchestration, Azure Cloud, and AI Platform Engineering. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems Design and develop enterprise-grade AI Agents using: Microsoft Copilot Studio Azure AI Foundry Agents Semantic Kernel AutoGen LangGraph LangChain CrewAI Build: Multi-Agent Architectures Supervisor-Agent Frameworks Planner-Executor Models Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Systems Autonomous Workflow Engines Implement: Agent Memory Agent Skills Tool Calling MCP Integration Workflow Orchestration Agent Evaluation Frameworks Microsoft Copilot Studio Design and build enterprise Copilot solutions. Develop custom Copilot Agents for: HR Finance Procurement Customer Service IT Operations Knowledge Management Configure: Topics Actions Plugins Prompts Power Platform Integrations Integrate Copilot Studio with: Microsoft Teams SharePoint Dataverse Power Apps Power Automate Microsoft 365 Copilot Build conversational and task-oriented agents. Develop secure enterprise-grade Copilot governance models. Azure AI Foundry Engineering Design and deploy AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry. Build custom AI applications using: GPT Models Open Source Models Azure AI Model Catalog Fine-Tuned Models Implement: RAG Pipelines AI Search Knowledge Grounding Agent-to-Agent Communication Model Evaluation Frameworks Prompt Management Manage: AI Foundry Projects Prompt Flows Agent Services Model Deployments AI Monitoring & Observability Data Science & Machine Learning Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
