Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a forward-thinking Senior AI Engineer / Architect to join a high-performing team driving AI-first solutions. The ideal candidate is deeply technical, passionate about AI, and experienced in shaping architecture and strategy for AI products and platforms. This role will influence AI principles across the organization while actively building and improving AI-driven systems.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement AI-driven solutions across products and platforms
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define AI strategy and technical best practices
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python-based AI pipelines and applications
• Evaluate new AI technologies and approaches to improve platform capabilities
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals
• Mentor other engineers on AI development and architecture best practices

Some Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI
• Strong Python expertise and experience building AI systems in production
• Deep understanding of AI concepts, machine learning pipelines, and model deployment
• Experience architecting AI solutions at scale
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
