We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and develop AI-powered solutions that help Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders work more effectively with data and knowledge.

In this role, you will build AI agents, prompts, skills, MCP servers, and agentic workflows, while also working hands-on with Python, SQL, data warehouses, and semantic models. You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and the Product Owner to transform technical and business knowledge into reusable AI context and capabilities.

This is you

• Hands-on experience with modern AI coding environments such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, AWS Kiro, or similar.
• Strong prompt engineering and context engineering skills, with practical experience building AI agents, workflows, skills, and MCP servers.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals, including Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD, testing, and clean code practices.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with AWS Kiro and Quick, or multiple AI coding environments/harnesses.
• Experience evaluating non-deterministic AI outputs and building AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with Snowflake, semantic modelling, Tableau, Power BI, or data science workflows.

This is your role

• Design and develop AI agents, prompts, skills, MCP servers, and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and the Product Owner to capture technical and business knowledge and convert it into reusable AI context, skills, and agents.
• Review, refactor, and extend Python and SQL resources for AI consumption.
• Work with Snowflake data structures, semantic views, and semantic models to support data-driven agentic workflows.
• Assess AI agent recommendations for correctness, reliability, bias, and business relevance.
• Design and automate AI evaluation processes and frameworks for non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Apply prompt engineering and context engineering techniques to improve the quality and reliability of AI solutions.
• Follow software engineering best practices, including clean code, Git, testing, CI/CD, and code review.
• Continuously explore and adopt modern AI engineering tools, frameworks, and approaches.
