This is you

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or related fields

• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows

• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks

• Strong understanding of embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, function calling, and retrieval optimization

• Experience designing multi-agent systems and orchestration flows

• Strong Python skills and experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks

• Experience with async programming, Pydantic, and Docker

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, or similar

• Ability to work independently in fast-paced R&D / POC environments

• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving mindset

• Fluent English

• Ability to work with 1-2 hours daily overlap with the US PST timezone.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with GCP (Vertex AI/Gemini), AWS, or Azure

• Background in Computer Vision, signal processing, or image processing

This is your role

• Design and develop AI systems powered by LLMs and agentic workflows

• Build and optimize advanced RAG pipelines and semantic retrieval systems

• Develop scalable backend APIs and AI orchestration services

• Implement multi-agent workflows using LangGraph or similar frameworks

• Build ingestion and processing pipelines for large unstructured datasets

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in rapid R&D and prototyping environments

• Evaluate and implement modern AI/ML technologies and best practices

• Drive R&D by exploring the latest advancements in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and knowledge-based systems

• Document system architecture, research findings, and development methodologies to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
