What You Will Do
- Develop and implement machine learning models to drive customer success and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Utilize Python and Langchain to build scalable and efficient data processing pipelines.
- Design and optimize vector database architectures for enhanced data retrieval and analysis.
- Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–8 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Langchain and vector databases.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
- Demonstrated ability to turn customer proof into revenue-generating solutions.
- Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services.
- Experience in B2B software development and enterprise-level solutions.

Compensation and Benefits
