Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems using state-of-the-art LLMs to solve complex data analysis and decision-making challenges
• Architect and optimize LLM-powered agents for performance, reliability, and scalability, with deep focus on reasoning chains, tool orchestration, planning loops, memory systems, and autonomous task execution
• Drive continuous innovation by staying at the cutting edge of LLM capabilities, agentic AI research, and emerging frameworks
• Build robust engineering infrastructure around LLM agents including evaluation frameworks, observability tools, and production monitoring systems
• Collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced team to create and integrate AI technologies in our product

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable, distributed systems
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building with LLMs in production, including deep expertise in agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent design patterns
• Strong understanding of LLM fundamentals: how models work, their capabilities and limitations, context windows, reasoning patterns
• Passion for staying current with the rapidly evolving LLM landscape
• Expert-level Python programming skills with strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), RESTful APIs, databases, and modern backend technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creative approach to designing agent systems
