As a senior, you take up a tech lead role on a per-project basis, and lead your more junior colleagues in both the technical and client-facing aspects of a project. Internally, you take a leading role in driving forward the company’s technical capabilities and client offerings.
Design & Build Innovative AI: Architect and implement end-to-end ML solutions, from data engineering to deploying sophisticated models (including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Generative AI systems) and deploy them on all major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Engineer agentic systems and complex workflows using advanced prompt engineering techniques.
Guide Projects to Success: Lead your team's projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and translating client business needs into clear technical roadmaps.
Mentor & Empower the Team: Act as a technical guide for other engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and coaching them to grow their skills.
Partner Across the Business: Collaborate with our sales team to explore and shape exciting new client opportunities, lending your technical expertise to the conversation.
4+ years of work experience with Machine Learning and software development, with proficiency in Python and Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
A proven ability to lead technical projects and guide fellow engineers with a coaching mindset.
A degree in computer science or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a talent for explaining complex technical ideas to clients and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, structured way.
Familiarity with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems
