Orchid Security automates identity security across on-prem and cloud. We are building autonomous agents that discover, assess, and remediate identity risks at scale.
Core Mission
Architect the evolution of our R&D intelligence layer from basic LLMs to agentic workflows You will build the reasoning engine that allows Orchid to autonomously navigate and secure complex enterprise codebases.
What will you do?
- Architect Agentic Systems: Design autonomous, multi-step workflows to map identity logic within fragmented enterprise code.
- Scale Code Understanding: Enable LLMs to trace complex authorization flows and hardcoded permissions in massive application codebases.
- Build Reasoning Loops: Develop advanced orchestration and tool-use (Function Calling) to solve multi-stage security tasks.
- Establish Agentic Evals: Create robust frameworks to benchmark agent reliability and eliminate hallucinations.
Requirements
Who are you?
- Experience: 5+ years in software development; 2+ years in LLM/NLP (Python).
- LLM Mastery: Deep understanding of LLM architecture, optimization, and advanced prompting.
- Production: Proven track record of serving scalable, high-performant LLM systems.
- Preferred: Experience with Agent Orchestration (planning, tool routing), Context Engineering, and Code GenAI
Preferred Skills:
- Agent Orchestration: Practical experience with planning, tool routing, and memory management.
- Context Engineering: Expertise in optimizing context within agentic workflows.
- LLMOps & Data: Experience with LLMOps, embedding models, data pipelines, and vector databases.
- Code GenAI & RAG: Familiarity with using GenAI for code generation and analysis, including RAG.
