生成 AI・エージェント技術の急速な普及に伴い、企業における「AI ソリューションの実装」「カスタムエージェント開発」「データ × AI 基盤構築」へのニーズが高まっています。本ポジションのシニアコンサルタントには、アドバイザー、レビュアー、または注目度の高いプロジェクトの技術リードとして、アーキテクチャ設計・実装・運用の三位一体でお客様の AI 活用を技術面から支援していただきます。
Responsibilities

AI / エージェントソリューションの設計・実装
Microsoft Copilot Studio によるエージェント開発
Microsoft Fabric を活用したデータ × AI 基盤構築
顧客ワークスタイル変革に向けた技術支援
エンドツーエンドのプロジェクトデリバリ
ナレッジ展開・技術コミュニティ活動
Qualifications
必須要件
コンピュータサイエンスの学位または同等の実務経験、関連する高等教育を受けていること
Microsoft Copilot、Copilot Studio、Microsoft Fabric 等に代表される Microsoft の AI ソリューション、または同等製品を活用したテクノロジーコンサルティング経験 6 年以上
複雑なプロジェクトをエンドツーエンドで提供した実績
コンサルティング事業における業務経験
日本語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力および、英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力
