Job Description

We are looking for an Senior AI & Data Governance to help build and operationalize enterprise-wide AI and data governance practices. This role will focus on establishing governance frameworks, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring AI and data initiatives are managed responsibly, ethically, and in alignment with business goals.You will play a hands-on role in improving data interoperability, strengthening governance operations, and enabling secure and compliant data sharing across the organization. The position also works closely with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Data teams to coordinate governance activities and support sustainable AI adoption. Key Responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate day-to-day execution of enterprise data governance initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Data, Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to improve data standards, processes, and governance practices.
  • Maintain and standardize business definitions, metadata, and governance documentation across enterprise systems.
  • Support the implementation and operation of data governance tools such as data catalogs, lineage, and data quality platforms.
  • Monitor enterprise data quality, integrity, accessibility, and compliance through governance standards and performance metrics.
  • Work closely with technical and business teams to ensure data practices align with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models related to data and AI governance.
  • Drive adoption of governance controls, processes, and best practices across business units to ensure consistency and auditability.
  • Coordinate governance activities related to AI initiatives, including project intake, risk assessment, approval workflows, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with business, legal, compliance, and technical stakeholders to support responsible AI implementation and governance.
  • Monitor AI governance metrics such as model performance, risk indicators, and operational compliance, and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Data Governance, AI Governance, Data Management, or related program coordination roles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating governance-related initiatives or communities of practice.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and data quality principles.
  • Familiarity with compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements related to data management, especially Vietnam’s data protection regulations.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance practices.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI principles, AI ethics, and data protection concepts.
  • Experience using modern governance tools such as data catalogs, lineage, and data quality solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and functions.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
