Jumpfactor is seeking a Senior AI Content Strategist who operates as an AI-first marketer, combining deep content strategy expertise with advanced AI workflow orchestration

This role focuses on engineering AI-driven content systems rather than traditional writing. You will design, refine, and manage AI-assisted workflows that produce high-quality B2B content at scale while ensuring strict editorial standards and strong E-E-A-T signals

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B content strategy and copywriting, but has evolved into an AI workflow builder and orchestrator capable of designing automated systems that generate high-quality marketing assets across multiple formats.

WHO YOU ARE:

Content Strategy & Execution

  • 5+ years of B2B content strategy and copywriting experience

  • Strong expertise in both copywriting (ads, landing pages) and long-form content (guides, ebooks)

  • Ability to translate strategic messaging into structured AI prompt systems

  • Strong interviewer capable of extracting valuable insights and messaging from clients

  • Expert at building E-E-A-T-driven B2B content

Industry & Experience

  • Deep familiarity with Managed IT, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Cloud industries

  • Experience writing for North American B2B audiences

  • Strong editorial standards and attention to voice, tone, and clarity

Operational & Leadership

  • Strategic lead comfortable managing content production pods or small teams

  • Able to audit and improve AI-generated content outputs

  • Strong communicator capable of working with North American clients and teams

AI & Automation

  • Advanced AI user who operates beyond basic ChatGPT or Gemini prompting

  • Experienced building AI workflows and automation systems

  • Proficient in automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or N8N

  • Skilled in using Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Google Antigravity, or similar advanced AI tools

  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and knowledge base integrations

  • Proven ability to iterate and fine-tune AI outputs to reach high editorial quality and brand voice

  • Naturally curious technical tinkerer who continuously experiments with new AI tools

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI Workflow Engineering

  • Design and manage AI-driven content production systems

  • Engineer structured prompt workflows for blogs, landing pages, guides, and campaigns

  • Continuously refine AI logic to improve quality, accuracy, and brand voice

  • Test and implement new AI tools and workflow improvements

Content Strategy & Production

  • Execute full-cycle content strategy from client intake to final production

  • Conduct client interviews to extract insights and develop strategic messaging

  • Build structured content frameworks optimized for SEO and E-E-A-T

  • Engineer AI prompt sequences for ads, landing pages, blogs, and long-form assets

Quality & Editorial Oversight

  • Audit and refine AI-generated content to ensure editorial excellence

  • Fine-tune AI outputs to maintain consistent brand voice and authority

  • Identify weaknesses in AI outputs and continuously improve prompts and workflows

Team & Process Leadership

  • Lead and audit content production pods to maintain high editorial standards

  • Provide feedback and direction to content managers and production teams

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve AI-driven content workflows

  • Provide feedback to internal product and AI teams to improve tools and systems

NEXT STEPS:

Successful candidates will undergo a series of assessments that includes doing a (1) personality & cognitive assessment, (2) sending in a sample portfolio, (3) doing a technical writing assessment.

JOB TYPE:

  • Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, EST hours)

  • Time tracker used (Hubstaff)
