K.I.N.D. is an AI-first content production agency within the Orendt Studios group, creating fashion imagery for multiple brands. We produce scalable, high-quality content that meets the visual standards of leading fashion and retail clients.

Are you an Art Director or Creative with a strong background in fashion campaigns and lookbooks?

We are looking for an Senior AI Art Director to join our pioneering team.
This role bridges technology and creativity you will use AI tools and workflows to create fashion content that reflects brand identity, protects brand emotion, and meets the highest creative standards.

DEINE AUFGABEN / YOUR MISSION

• Create AI-based fashion visuals across e-commerce, lookbooks, and campaign productions
• Interpret and translate brand guidelines into scalable AI workflows and prompts
• Collaborate closely with Creative Direction to ensure stylistic consistency and brand fidelity
• Experiment with textures, styling, and posing to achieve lifelike and emotionally engaging results
• Contribute to developing new templates and creative frameworks

DEIN PROFIL / YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in creative industries (fashion, photography, styling, design, art direction, etc.)
• Strong background in fashion design, styling or art direction
• Deep understanding of fashion aesthetics, fabrics, fits, and brand identity
• Practical experience with AI creative tools (image generation, editing or prompt engineering)
• A balance of technical curiosity and creative sensibility
• Ability to work across fast-paced production cycles while safeguarding quality
• Team spirit and openness to building new processes in a start-up environment
• Ability to work on-site in Hamburg at least three days per week
