You will be responsible for designing and continuously improving a conversational analytics agent across natural-language understanding, SQL generation, execution and answer synthesis. You will implement agent orchestration, semantic-layer integration, security controls and responsible-AI guardrails while ensuring purpose-bound access to data. You will also establish evaluation and observability practices to monitor quality, latency, token consumption, errors and regression across verified use cases.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
