MedDream is a part of the synava Group which unites a broad portfolio of healthcare IT solutions for medical viewing, radiology, oncology, patient communication, rehabilitation and hygiene management.

As a Senior Agile Full Stack Engineer you are instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying core features for our cutting-edge web application. We are seeking a cross-functional developer who is comfortable owning the entire value generation chain, from analyzing user stories and designing complex solutions to implementing, testing, deploying, and ensuring operational excellence. This is a role for a proactive, self-directed developer who excels with limited guidance and enjoys making a tangible impact.

What You Will Do:

• You design and build full stack applications end-to-end using TypeScript
• You own features from idea to production, including architecture decisions, implementation, testing, and deployment
• You develop scalable frontends using Vue.js (or similar frameworks) with a strong focus on performance and User Experience
• You build and operate backend services using Node.js or Bun, designing clean APIs and reliable services
• You define cloud infrastructure as code and work directly with AWS services like EKS, SQS, IAM
• You work with modern data architectures, including DynamoDB and Redis (or similar systems)
• You set up and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), ensuring fast and reliable deployments
• You drive engineering quality through clean code, code reviews and automated testing
• You collaborate in an agile setup within a team of 3 developers

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in software development, including 3+ years full stack experience
• TypeScript is your primary language
• Frontend: Solid hands-on experience with Vue.js (or similar frameworks) building scalable applications
• Backend: Strong experience designing APIs and services with Node.js (or Bun)
• You’ve deployed and operated real AWS production systems (ECS, SQS, IAM)
• Infrastructure as Code: Practical experience with AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Databases and messaging: experience with NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB) and event-driven systems (e.g. Redis Pub/Sub)
• DevOps: You’ve built or improved CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• You’re comfortable working independently in low-process environments and making decisions
• You care about clean code, testing, and long-term quality
• English: Professional proficiency (C1 or equivalent in practice)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in a startup environment
• Familiarity with other AWS services relevant to web application development
• Contributions to open-source projects
• German language skills
