Senior Agile Delivery Lead

We have an opportunity for a Senior Agile Delivery Lead to join our Technology Department based in Worcester. The role will be reporting into the Head of Product and Engineering and provides strategic leadership for agile delivery across multiple product teams. The role leads and coaches a team of Scrum Masters, with wider influence across cross‑functional delivery teams, rather than operating as a lone contributor.
The team's purpose is to drive consistent, mature agile ways of working, strengthening delivery predictability, managing cross‑team dependencies, and embedding continuous improvement. A key focus of the role is to raise overall agile and product management maturity, ensuring agile principles are applied consistently across complex enterprise platforms and that teams continuously evolve their practices to deliver value effectively.
