We are looking for a Senior Agile Business Analyst with strong QA and functional testing experience. The role involves leading end-to-end business analysis, writing clear and testable requirements, supporting UAT, and ensuring high-quality solution delivery. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environment
Hands-on experience in UAT, functional testing, and defect management
At least 5 years of experience in business process documentation
Experience with SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall
Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar
Experience in data-driven systems, integrations, or legacy migrations
ISTQB, CBAP, CCBA, or similar certification is a plus
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Experience mentoring junior BAs or QA is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365, Power BI) is a plus

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
Translate business needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional requirements
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
Support backlog grooming and sprint planning
QA & UAT Support
Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and testable
Review test plans and test cases for alignment with requirements
Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Assist in defect analysis and resolution
Delivery & Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers
Assess change requests and production issues for business impact
Ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements

Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite 3x times per week, subject to project and business needs)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Manila Time
