Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Engineer (8–10 years) to design, build, and deploy enterprise‑grade AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, multi‑agent systems, and cloud‑native AI platforms. This role focuses on developing intelligent automation, AI‑powered assistants, and scalable decision‑support systems for financial services and capital markets.

You will work end‑to‑end across AI engineering, data pipelines, MLOps, and cloud deployment, ensuring production‑ready, secure, and governed AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop advanced Agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Build and optimize AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and cloud AI services (Azure/AWS).
• Design scalable AI and data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Airflow, and cloud-native architectures.
• Implement MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and automated retraining.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure AI platform security, governance, compliance, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Spark, Airflow, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
