Responsibilities

Design, develop and launch AI Agents for real‑world business workflows. Deliver production‑grade systems that serve real end‑users and continuously undertake business tasks, and take ownership of business outcomes. Iterate continuously based on online task performance and user feedback. Improve task success rate, stability, response latency and cost through root‑cause analysis of failure cases, evaluation regression testing and execution trace troubleshooting. Build core Agent capabilities including task planning, tool calling, context management and memory module. Integrate business systems and data, and resolve challenges such as exception recovery, state management and permission control for complex tasks. Select and extend Agent frameworks according to business requirements, and accumulate reusable engineering capabilities and tuning best practices. 1、面向真实业务流程，负责 AI Agent 的设计、开发与上线，交付有实际用户使用、能够持续承担业务任务的系统，并对业务效果负责； 2、围绕线上任务和用户反馈持续迭代，通过失败案例分析、评测回归及执行轨迹排查，优化任务成功率、稳定性、响应速度与成本； 3、负责任务规划、工具调用、上下文管理、Memory 等核心能力建设，打通业务系统与数据，解决复杂任务中的异常恢复、状态管理和权限控制问题； 4、结合业务需求选择和扩展 Agent 框架，沉淀可复用的工程能力与调优方法。

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience building production‑grade business‑facing Agents that have been launched and iterated in production. Experience covering the full lifecycle from requirement definition, development delivery to online optimization. Candidates shall be able to articulate real‑world use cases, business metrics and tangible improvement results. Proof‑of‑concept or demo‑only projects will not suffice. In‑depth understanding of fundamental Agent concepts: Agent execution loop, task planning, tool calling, context handling, memory mechanisms and RAG. Familiar with mainstream Agent frameworks and their underlying mechanics, with the ability to assess the applicability and limitations of different solutions. Systematic Agent tuning expertise: ability to diagnose issues stemming from models, prompts, context windows, tool implementations and workflow design. Validate improvements via reproducible evaluations, and balance quality, latency and cost. Proficient in at least one programming language among Python and Go. Solid software engineering fundamentals, with proven capabilities in backend development, system integration, testing and online incident troubleshooting. 1、具备已上线并持续迭代的业务 Agent 项目经验，参与过从需求定义、开发交付到线上优化的完整过程，能够清晰说明实际使用场景、业务指标及改进效果，经验不能仅限于 Demo 或概念验证； 2、深入理解 Agent 执行循环、任务规划、工具调用、上下文、Memory、RAG 等基础概念，熟悉主流 Agent 框架及其运行机制，能够判断不同方案的适用边界； 3、具备系统性的 Agent 调优能力，能够区分模型、Prompt、上下文、工具及流程设计带来的问题，通过可复现的评测验证效果，平衡质量、延迟与成本； 4、熟练掌握 Python、Go 等语言中的至少一门，工程基础扎实，具备服务端开发、系统集成、测试及线上问题排查能力。
