What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles across a diverse portfolio of technology clients.
- Source, engage, and qualify candidates through various channels, including outbound outreach and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical backgrounds and cultural fit.
- Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines for ongoing and anticipated client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues recruiting across data, product, and hardware roles.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the recruiting team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- Proven experience in agency or executive search recruiting, specifically for technical or software engineering roles.
- Strong ability to build and sustain client relationships in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Demonstrated success in closing candidates in competitive technical markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach.
- Solid understanding of the software engineering talent landscape, including relevant roles and skill sets.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines such as data engineering, product management, or hardware.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools commonly used in technical recruiting.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $50K to $80K, with the potential for uncapped earnings that can bring total compensation to approximately $120K. This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
