About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team, specifically focused on high-volume Affiliates, Trading Communities and KOLs.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our network of Affiliates (Key Opinion Leaders, Trading Communities, Traffic Websites), and (secondarily) VIP clients - in the Netherlands and the broader Western part of the European Union. This role is responsible for those partnerships from a to z.

What You'll Be Doing

Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of affiliates. Secondary: Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand Affiliate Recruitment: Proactively search for and attract new affiliates, KOLs and trading/crypto communities and influencers, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our network. Results-Driven Approach: Implement strategies and campaigns to drive measurable results, focusing on creating content, increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and promoting active transactions through affiliate channels. Relationship Building: Manage and enhance relationships with local crypto influencers and KOLs, being in contact with them frequently, build partnerships with influencers for the purpose of user acquisition Partnership Expansion: Initiate and participate in meetings with partners, exploring opportunities to expand cooperation and strengthen existing relationships, both locally and internationally. Collaboration with Product Team: Collaborate closely with colleagues from the product department, providing valuable market insights to optimize product offerings and attract qualified users. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on competitors' advantages and industry trends, utilizing this knowledge to refine our strategies, maintain a competitive edge, and capitalize on market gaps.

 

What We Look For In You

Solid affiliate marketing experience in the cryptocurrency space
Experience in building large affiliate networks from start to finish
Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets

Nice to Have

Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams
Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange, trading company, CFD broker!
Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto trading space
Dutch speaker
