Senior AFAS HR Consultant
We are looking for an experienced AFAS HR Consultant to support an HR team in optimizing and configuring AFAS HR solutions. The consultant will help streamline HR processes, improve system adoption, and ensure the organization maximizes the value of its AFAS investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into functional AFAS solutions.
- Configure, optimize, and enhance AFAS HR modules and workflows.
- Execute system testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solution quality.
- Review and improve HR processes in line with AFAS best practices and capabilities.
- Provide guidance, training, and documentation for HR users and stakeholders.
- Support change management activities and facilitate the adoption of new processes and functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams, project managers, and external implementation partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor for AFAS-related HR initiatives and improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience implementing and configuring AFAS HR solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and process optimization.
- Experience with testing, UAT coordination, and quality assurance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
