Under the supervision of the Director, Talent Management, the Senior Talent Management Advisor plays a strategic role in designing and implementing programs aimed at strengthening organizational capabilities, accelerating leadership development, and ensuring a strong talent pipeline. This position collaborates with HR leaders and business stakeholders to integrate performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, and recognition practices, aligned with the organization’s culture and strategic priorities. The incumbent will focus on high–value-added activities and the deployment of redesigned programs that support the evolution of our culture. Each initiative will aim to increase organizational performance, strengthen accountability at all levels, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

More specifically, the responsibilities of the Senior Talent Management Advisor include:
Define and execute the talent management and succession planning strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify critical roles and high‑potential talent; maintain talent maps and succession plans via Workday or similar platforms.
Lead talent review cycles and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Monitor and support individual development plans (IDPs) for key talent and successors.
Oversee the design and governance of the performance management process, ensuring alignment with cultural evolution and strategic objectives.
Implement best practices for goal setting, feedback, and quarterly evaluations.
Ensure integration of performance management with other HR levers (recognition, development, compensation).
Design and deliver leadership development programs for emerging and experienced leaders.
Implement coaching and mentoring frameworks to support leadership growth.
Manage psychometric and leadership assessments to guide development plans.
Develop and deploy engagement strategies, including surveys and action plans.
Lead recognition initiatives that reinforce cultural values and enhance employee motivation.
Measure and optimize recognition programs to maximize their impact on engagement and performance.
Leverage talent data and key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
Provide dashboards and reports to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
Understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Safety: Stop any unsafe acts observed and follow the facility’s safety rules and procedures. Correct or report any hazards. Support safety policies and programs.
What will enable you to create value:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and/or performance management in complex organizations.
Strong expertise with HR systems (Workday preferred).
Demonstrated ability to design and implement integrated talent management strategies.
Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills.
Advanced skills in analytics and project management.
Certifications: CRHA or CRIA (preferred).
