Reporting to the Senior Director - Human Resources, the Senior Advisor - Talent Manager is a driving force behind a culture where people grow, perform, and feel deeply engaged. As a strategic partner to HR and leadership, you’ll shape and deploy global talent initiatives, elevate internal capabilities, and champion a modern, inclusive employee experience. Your work will directly influence how we develop talent, strengthen leadership, and build a thriving organization.
Your day-to-day!
Your skills, our requirements!
5–7 years of relevant experience in talent management, organizational development or human resources.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, influence, and build trust.
Strategic thinker with a global mindset and a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
Comfortable navigating change in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with Oracle, LMS platforms, LinkedIn Learning, and Articulate is a plus.
SuccessFinder certification is an asset.
Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken) is required to ensure collaboration with different stakeholders outside of Québec on a regular basis.
Additional considerations!
The position can be based in the company's Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters, Vancouver (BC) office.
This position is a P3 level.
