Senior Advisor, Services Project/Program Management

That’s a job for our Services Project and Program Management team within Professional Services. The team works closely with sales, customer service, partners, customers and other technical support groups in cross-functional teams. Together, they manage the lifecycle of highly complex, high-risk projects - from design to delivery.

As a Senior Advisor, you will build dashboards and reports that track milestones, risks, and benefits. You will recommend actions to accelerate delivery and remove blockers.

You will:

• Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project

• Works with external clients/customers to monitor projects from initiation through delivery and ensures technical compatibility for the various accounts

• Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints

• Mediates internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients

Essential Requirement

• Experience managing large-scale data center deployments, including inter-rack cabling activities, will be an added advantage.

• Financial experience in revenue forecasting and resource management experience in managing technical resources.

• Good communication and presentation skills. Strong command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Flexibility in performing project activities outside normal office hours when required.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

Desirable Requirements

• 8-10 years’ experience working on large infrastructure projects .

• Exposure in project managing Dell EMC solutions such as PMAX, Unity, VxRail, PowerEdge Servers, GenAI Infrastructure Solutions, Network Switches, Data Domain, and ECS.

  • If not Dell EMC solutions, experience with similar solutions from leading competitors is acceptable.

• Exposure to NVIDIA products, such as Spectrum Switches and BCM technologies, will be an added advantage.
