o The Global Data Access Solutions team helps Transunion customers access data and insights at scale by driving product strategy for Data Enrichment – the industry’s first unlimited, on demand credit data solution. This solution gives customers persistent, high fidelity access to identity, resolved linked data between their systems and the customer data available via TU. This data is offered in environment with low latency processing, so customers always get the freshest customer information available, when they need it.

  • Why does this role exist?
    • This role exists in order to help the product strategy for Data Enrichment, Data Extract, and Archives. This means serving as a single point of contact between customers, Solutions Engineers, Global Delivery and other technical teams, Product Marketing, Sales, and other functional leaders.
  • What business outcomes does this role drive?
    • The Sr. Advisor, Product Management reduces time to value for onboarded customers, builds scalable processes for onboarding new customers, develops pricing and POC frameworks, develops JCRs which articulate functional requirements for key initiatives, and performs other work as necessary to expand access to Data Enrichment and expand the products features and availability.
  • Specific actions that are tied to measurable outcomes
    • Turning Initiatives into JCR documents so initiatives can be scoped by the technical teams
    • Developing pricing and POC frameworks so sales partners understand how they can engage with the customer
    • Reviewing sales and marketing material to ensure it matches current features and functionality
  • Reoccurring activities this individual will be responsible for
    • Leading calls related to client delivery for critical deliverables such as Prescreen files
    • Backlog review sessions for prioritizing key initiatives
    • Incorporating sales feedback into new product features
    • Reviewing sales collateral to ensure it fully reflects product capabilities and value proposition
  • Incorporate technical skills, required knowledge, and experiences when appropriate
    • Knowledge of JIRA is a must. Experience with platform data services such as Snowflake, BQ, Databricks highly preferred.

  • Highlight and specific years of experience and type of experience required to be successful in the role
    • 10+ years of Product Management experience with B2B, data management, and financial services experience preferred

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
