The Team

LGH Quality and Patient Safety Service is focused on creating an environment where improving patient outcomes is at the centre of all activity. The Role

• Coordinate and facilitate LGH policy document development and review.
• Support the review of existing and implementation of new policy documents ensuring consultation with appropriate key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to meet the requirements of the National Standards, Clinical Care Standards, Advisories and other relevant standards or accreditation requirements in relation to policy document development.

You will need

• High level communication skills including highly developed ability to plan, organise and set priorities in an environment subject to work pressures and change using demonstrated project management skills.
• Experience in data collection and analysis and the ability to produce high-level written reports.
• Demonstrated experience in prioritising workload and meeting deadlines

Details of appointment

Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from 29 September 2026.

*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary

$111,754 to $126,579 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

• Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025
