Reporting to the Operational Transformation team, you will provide influential leadership to project teams, business units, and internal partners to guide decision-making, ensure the consistent implementation of change, and accelerate the adoption of innovative ways of working across Individual Insurance operations.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Senior Advisor, Individual Insurance and Savings, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic reference for individual insurance and/or savings within transformation initiatives and projects.
  • Assess the detailed impacts of transformation initiatives on operations, customer service teams, processes, and roles, and contribute to the documentation of impact scenarios, operational requirements, and recommendations.
  • Lead operational process evolution workshops in collaboration with stakeholders and work closely with process analysts, managers, and program experts to ensure the feasibility and relevance of proposed changes.
  • Co-develop and support change management initiatives within operational teams, including contributing to the adaptation of documentation and training programs through an integrated, cross-functional approach.
  • Monitor the adoption of digital transactions completed by advisors and clients (Modernia, Savings, Legacy, EVO Change/Savings/Web), identify gaps between adoption targets and actual results, and explain observed behaviours.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement practical mechanisms to increase digital adoption through operational levers, support, communications, training, process improvements, and incentives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Experience, IT, Deployment, and Program teams to define consistent cross-functional actions, align enterprise-wide operationalization plans with corporate initiatives, and simplify advisor journeys.
  • Track the realization of benefits associated with transformation projects, including comparing actual adoption versus business case projections, analyzing risks when targets are not achieved, monitoring corrective actions, and reporting progress to governance committees.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their deep knowledge of the individual insurance sector, strategic operational insight, and experience in transformation environments.
  • Stands out for their analytical, communication, and knowledge-sharing abilities, as well as their capacity to influence without formal authority.
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in change management and supporting teams through the adoption of new ways of working.
  • Is known for their autonomy, rigour, collaborative mindset, and ability to thrive in complex and evolving environments.
  • Holds a university degree in Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in individual insurance and operational transformation within the financial services industry.
  • Excels at planning, coordinating, and delivering expected outcomes while demonstrating strong strategic thinking.
  • Has knowledge of impact assessment tools, process modelling methodologies, and change management practices, considered an asset.
  • Advanced written and spoken French proficiency is required, as the successful candidate will be expected to communicate verbally and in writing with unilingual French-speaking clients and partners on a daily basis.
