The Opportunity

Our UK&I Global Mobility team is growing, and we're looking for a talented Senior Tax Advisor to join us on an exciting journey. This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of international mobility, advising some of the world's leading organisations as they navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving global workforce.

As part of our high-performing team, you'll help clients solve challenging cross-border tax, mobility, and workforce issues, supporting employees and executives as they live and work around the world. From international assignments and business travel to remote working and global talent strategies, you'll play a key role in shaping how organisations move and manage their people globally.

Working alongside specialists in personal tax, employment tax, immigration, and reward, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects, industries, and clients while developing the technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership skills needed to accelerate your career.

What You'll Do

• Build trusted client relationships - Become a go-to advisor for global organisations and their mobile employees, helping them navigate complex international tax and mobility obligations while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Solve complex international challenges - Advise clients on cross-border tax matters, international assignments, short-term business travel, and remote working arrangements. You'll help organisations confidently manage risk while supporting their global talent strategies.
• Lead and develop others – Take ownership of client projects from start to finish, managing deliverables, mentoring junior team members, and helping to shape the next generation of mobility professionals.
• Work with senior business leaders - Support high-profile executives, including CEOs and senior leadership teams, providing strategic guidance on their international mobility arrangements and working closely with Partners and Directors on key client engagements.
• Drive innovation and transformation - Help clients navigate the future of work by embracing new technologies, improving processes, and identifying innovative solutions that enhance mobility programmes and employee experiences.
• Expand your global network - Collaborate with colleagues across EY's worldwide network, building relationships with experts from different countries and disciplines while working on truly international projects.
