Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• De medewerkers van ons team Private Governance zijn juridische experten in het structureren, beschermen en overdragen van vermogen. Zij hebben een brede visie, die veel verder gaat dan de klassieke optimalisatie rond erfbelasting en inkomstenbelasting. Maken van familiale afspraken, periodieke evalueren en analyseren van familievermogen, anticiperen op wets- en familiale wijzigingen en organiseren van het vermogen bij overlijden horen tot de kerntaken;

• Dankzij de multidisciplinaire omgeving, slagen onze Private Governance experten er in om de familiale planning af te stemmen op de businessplannen van het familiaal bedrijf en de noden van de familie;

• Je werkt mee aan passende antwoorden op het gebied van familiale opvolging, familiale dynamieken en fiscaal-juridische vermogensplanning, en weet deze complexe materie begrijpbaar naar de klant over te brengen;

• Je neemt al snel je rol op als vertrouwenspersoon en adviseur van bedrijfsleiders en high net worth individuals;

• Je wordt tevens ingeschakeld in de verschillende business development initiatieven, o.a. door het geven van seminaries en het onderhouden van contacten met de verschillende stakeholders in de regio; je bouwt daarin jouw netwerk op;

• Je behaalde een Master Rechten, een bijkomende opleiding in notariaat / fiscaliteit / vermogensplanning is een troef;

• Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring bij een gespecialiseerd advocaten-, advies of notariskantoor;

• Je bent stipt en nauwgezet;

• Je bent geboeid door de KMO-wereld;

• Je hebt sterke redactionele vaardigheden en bent vertrouwd met het opstellen van juridische documenten;

• Je legt vlot contacten en het uitbouwen en onderhouden van een netwerk voelt natuurlijk aan;

• Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, is absoluut een troef.
