Demand Supply Sr Advisor (Global Master Scheduler)

Our role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives, and implementing strategic sourcing best practices.

What you’ll achieve:

As a Demand Supply Sr Advisor (Global Master Scheduler), you will orchestrate end-to-end commodity operations to minimize cost, reduce inventory risks and mitigate supply chain disruptions, while maximizing attainment and operational excellence. You will play a critical role in driving global analytics, improving supply-demand alignment, and enabling resilient supply chain strategies.

You will:

• Drive operations excellence through implementation of Global Master Scheduler (GMS) pillars, including commodity attainment and demand variance governance
• Lead global analytics to identify optimization opportunities in cost, lead time and inventory reduction and manage aging inventory and develop strategies to mitigate excess and obsolescence risks
• Develop demand-supply matching frameworks to ensure continuity of supply and minimize risk exposure and monitor supply planning signals (e.g., MRP/UPP) to proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Oversee commodity lifecycle activities, including new product introduction (NPI) and end-of-life (EOL) transitions and lead resolution of supply-demand disruptions and critical commodity events
• Collaborate across global and regional teams to align demand shaping and supply strategies and drive adoption of digital and AI capabilities to improve forecast accuracy and operational agility

Essential Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in demand supply or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, fulfillment processes, lead time management and supply continuity concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and collaborate across global teams
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Demonstrated ability to influence, drive strategy and contribute to organizational direction and strong customer-first mindset
• Ability to simplify complex processes and drive operational improvements, innovative mindset with strong decision-making capability and experience working in global, matrixed organizations
