What you’ll achieve
Lead and strengthen physical security operations across designated India locations, ensuring consistent implementation of security standards, risk mitigation measures, and operational excellence.
Drive strategic security initiatives including crisis management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to enhance organizational resilience and support business continuity goals.
You Will:
As a member of Dell Technologies, Field Security Services (FSS) Team, the candidate will be responsible for the management of programs and technologies to provide protection to the organization, employees, assets, and reputation.
This position requires an individual who has a broad leadership skills and knowledge in the corporate security and resiliency domain in the India region.
Responsible for the coordination and management of all Dell Technologies FSS processes and programs of the region.
Development, implementation and sustaining of processes at the sites covering service level to ensure the security of the end-to-end business operations are protected in support of overall Security and Operational objectives.

Essential Requirements
Extensive experience in corporate and/or industrial security operations, including risk assessment, incident management, and physical security governance.
Proven ability to manage multi-site security operations with strong focus on standardization, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, working closely with business leaders, HR, Legal, and cross-functional teams in a collaborative and culturally diverse environment.
Strong expertise in crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity planning.
Effective leadership and people management skills, including managing vendors, guard force operations, with a strong team-player mindset and ability to drive collaboration.
Desirable Requirements
Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalent, with strong knowledge of global security standards and frameworks.
IT-savvy with exposure to security systems, automation tools, and data-driven reporting, along with experience working in multinational/global environments and adapting to diverse cultural contexts
