Position

As a Senior Advisor in Circular Economy (m/f/d), your role will be crucial in driving our mission forward. You'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovation and business development, leveraging your extensive network and creative insights to translate cutting-edge ideas into marketable and sellable products. Your expertise will guide us in navigating various projects and initiatives, offering services for partners in addressing circular economy challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Portfolio Management: Lead the oversight of project portfolios including proposal calls, evaluation, reviews, and startup collaborations.

  • Business Intelligence Development Create and enhance services around circular economy and supply chain intelligence, focusing on lifecycle assessments and market trends.

  • Industry Collaboration Forge and maintain direct contracts with industry leaders and manage projects funded through Horizon Europe and national bodies.

  • Sales Support Assist in the promotion and sale of commercial products and open innovation challenges.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with project partners and our communication team to ensure clear and effective project-related messaging.

  • Research and Monitoring: Keep abreast of technical, policy, and business developments globally that impact materials and circular economy sectors.

  • Relationship Building: Foster strong institutional relationships and explore potential synergies with various organizations.

  • Content Development: Craft publications and communication materials that effectively convey our mission and achievements in circular economy.

Requirements

  • Academic/Professional Background: PhD or equivalent professional experience in fields related to advanced materials, energy technologies, recycling, or product design.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of circular economy and life cycle assessment methodologies.

  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent capability to analyze and synthesize complex information.

  • Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

  • Computer Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of business software, particularly MS Office applications.

  • Proactive Attitude: Brings a positive, solution-focused approach to challenges.

  • Self-Management Capable of working independently and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced setting.
