The Position
As THP continues to expand its Epic Connect program, we are seeking an experienced Epic Connect Senior Advisor – MyChart Applications to provide leadership in the design, implementation, optimization, and support of MyChart platform for Epic Connect partners.
The Epic Connect Senior Advisor – MyChart Applications will serve as the subject matter expert for Epic's patient-facing digital engagement tool MyChart.
Reporting to the Manager, Epic Connect, this role will work closely with Epic Connect partners, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, technical teams, training teams, privacy and security teams, and Epic counterparts to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of patient engagement workflows.
This individual will lead highly complex projects, provide strategic guidance to Epic Connect partners, and ensure MyChart solutions align with organizational and patient experience objectives.
