We are looking for a Senior Adviser Operational Readiness to help the Modern ERP Program deliver successful business readiness for SAP S/4HANA deployment. In this role, you will contribute to effective planning, coordination and execution of readiness activities across sites, Product Groups and regions, while working within a global transformation environment. This role is based in either our Brisbane or Perth offices, supporting the Modern ERP Program - one of Rio Tinto's most significant technology transformations. You'll be part of the Operational Readiness team, working across Product Groups and Functions to prepare the business for SAP S/4HANA deployment.
You’ll join the Modern ERP Program — a multi‑disciplinary team bringing together technology, process, data and change specialists to reshape how work happens across Rio Tinto. We’re modernising a 20‑year‑old ERP system and redesigning core business processes to improve safety, efficiency and ignite innovation.
This role may include occasional travel, giving you the opportunity to collaborate in person with colleagues and stakeholders across the program as it reaches important delivery milestones.
