Responsibilities

1、Formulate content creative strategies and directions for performance advertising around the overseas user growth goals of the company's core products. Lead the development of core creative concepts, script planning, and visual expression to achieve advertising communication effects that balance brand building and performance.
2、Deeply understand AI product capabilities and brand tone. Based on product selling points and user insights, output creative concepts, narrative logic, script outlines, and key copywriting, translating technical advantages into compelling advertising content.
3、Coordinate internal and external resources to realize creativity: collaborate with internal designers, AI tool capacity, and external suppliers, follow the entire creative production process, and control the final video's brand tone, aesthetic quality, and creative integrity.
4、Gain insights into overseas social media content trends, and deeply explore competitive advertising creative trends and high-performing content in the AI/3D field on platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok. Continuously explore new advertising creative formats and design targeted advertising strategies for different regions and user groups.
5、Data-Driven Optimization:​ Collaborate with the ad operations team to continuously iterate creative strategies based on analytical feedback from advertising performance data (CTR/CVR/CPA/ROI). Conduct regular reviews of the creative logic and presentation forms of high-performing advertising materials.
6、Ensure advertisements comply with professional standards and copyright regulations, while considering multicultural aesthetics.
岗位描述:
1. 围绕公司核心产品的海外用户增长目标,制定流量广告的内容创意策略与创意方向,主导核心创意概念、脚本策划与视觉表达,实现品效合一的广告传播效果;
2. 深度理解 AI 产品能力与品牌调性,从产品卖点与用户洞察出发,输出创意概念、叙事逻辑、脚本大纲与关键文案,将技术优势转译为具感染力的广告内容;
3. 统筹内外部资源完成创意落地:协调内部设计师、AI 工具产能及外部供应商,跟进创意制作全流程,把控成片品牌调性、审美品质与创意完整性;
4. 洞察海外社媒内容趋势,以及深入挖掘 Facebook、Google、TikTok 等平台上 AI/3D 领域的竞品广告创意趋势与吸量热点,不断挖掘新的广告创意形式,针对不同地区与用户群体设计有针对性的广告策略;
5. 数据驱动优化:与投放团队协作,基于广告投放数据(CTR/CVR/CPA/ROI)的分析反馈,对创意策略进行持续迭代;对优质广告素材的创意逻辑与展现形式进行定期复盘;
6. 确保广告符合专业标准和版权规范,兼顾多元文化审美;
Qualifications
Requirements:​
1、Educational & Professional Background:​ Bachelor's degree or above (graduation from an art school is preferred); 3+ years of experience in producing overseas brand TVCs / product promotion videos (experience in internet product projects is preferred). Possess excellent aesthetic judgment and visual control. Background in Film & Television, Advertising, Visual Communication, New Media, or related fields is preferred.
2、Creative Ability:​ Possess mature advertising creative and script planning skills, capable of independently completing the full-chain output from concept to narrative logic to specific scripts. Familiar with video production processes, able to follow up and control the final presentation effect of videos, enhancing the overall quality of advertisements. Strong social media sense, broad and open creative thinking, and willingness to innovate.
3、Technical Skills:​ Have extensive experience in producing brand TVCs / product promotion videos, having participated in full-process execution work, and be familiar with all technical stages required for project implementation. Proficient in design tools like CapCut / After Effects / Premiere Pro. Possess basic 3D knowledge; having a basic understanding of 3D modeling and rendering workflows is a plus.
4、AI & Aesthetic Proficiency:​ Proficient in AI image and video tools and workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Seedance, Kling, Veo3, Nano Banana, etc.). Able to efficiently utilize AI tools to empower creative realization, control the quality of AI-generated content, and possess the ability to fine-tune AI models. Stay updated with cutting-edge visual trends, possess good 3D visual aesthetics, and excellent audiovisual language expression skills.
5、Analytical & Collaborative Skills:​ Have studied and considered overseas user profiles and behaviors, capable of continuously uncovering market, competitor, and user pain points. Skilled at interfacing with internal teams and external suppliers, able to drive efficient creative implementation and rapid iteration.
6、Language Skills:​ Possess English reading and writing abilities, capable of independently writing advertising copy, following overseas social media, design resources, and industry news, and understanding overseas cultural contexts and expression norms.

3. 技术能力:有丰富的品牌TVC / 产品宣传视频制作经验,参与过全流程的执行工作,熟悉项目落地所需完整技术环节。熟悉剪映 / After Effects/Premiere Pro等设计工具;具备基础 3D 常识,对 3D 建模、渲染流程有基本认知者优先;
4. AI与美学素养: 精通 AI 图片视频工具与工作流(如 Midjourney/Seedance/Kling/Veo3/Nano Banana 等),能高效利用 AI 工具赋能创意落地,且掌控AI的生成质量,具备调教AI的能力。紧跟前沿视觉潮流,具备良好的三维视觉审美和优秀的视听语言表达能力。
5. 分析与协作: 对海外用户画像和行为有研究及思考,能持续不断挖掘市场、竞品以及用户痛点,善于对接内部团队与外部供应商,能推动创意高效落地并快速迭代;
6. 语言能力: 具备英语读写能力,能够独立撰写广告文案,关注海外社媒、设计资源与行业资讯,理解海外文化语境与表达尺度。
