Job Description

  • Administer and maintain SharePoint On-Premises environments
  • Manage SharePoint structure (Web Applications, Site Collections, Subsites, Libraries, Permissions)
  • Configure and manage SharePoint service applications (User Profile, Managed Metadata, Search, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration
  • Apply SharePoint governance, security standards, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards (e.g., data retention, GDPR).
  • Plan, test, and apply SharePoint patches, cumulative updates, and security updates in coordination with infrastructure teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex SharePoint issues
  • Support and maintain workflows (K2 / Nintex)
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and development teams
  • Support multiple departments and handle business requirements
  • Translate business needs into effective SharePoint solutions
  • Create user documentation and deliver training sessions for site owners and business users to ensure effective usage and governance of SharePoint

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SharePoint Administration
  • Strong experience with SharePoint On-Prem (2016/2019/SE)
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture and structure
  • Experience managing SharePoint service applications
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills
  • Understanding of workflow design, debugging, and process optimization
  • Development experience (.NET, SharePoint APIs, REST)
  • Solid understanding of IIS and SQL Server.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with K2 Five (workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects)
  • Experience working in enterprise or multi-server environments

4) Meeza National Card Scheme: The domestic card scheme serving more than 32 million card holder in compliance with global security and card scheme standards.

5) Instant Payment Network: Launched in 2022 offering instant 24/7 and seamless payment experience. The network is offers full interoperability across cards, mobile wallets and bank accounts.
