Job Summary

SOTI MobiControl – Android Enterprise & factory device management • Security & Endpoint Protection – Defender, EMS, compliance & hardening policies • Automation & Scripting – PowerShell, Graph/API-based automation • SCCM (ConfigMgr) – Experience working with OSD, patching, application deployment, co management • Endpoint Management – Experience working with Windows, iOS, Android, BYOD, Kiosk devices • Application Management – Experience working with Win32/MSI, mobile apps, app packaging & deployment • Windows OS Expertise – Experience working with Windows 10/11 administration, troubleshooting, migrations • Device Provisioning – Knowledge on Autopilot, ABM, VPP, Android Enterprise enrollment • Monitoring & Analytics – Endpoint Analytics, health reporting, compliance • Incident & Problem Management (L2) – Routine incidents troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Advanced Technical Support For Intune And Sccm/Sms, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions For Complex Incidents To Ensure Minimal Disruption To Services.
2. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Upholding A Strong Security Posture.
3. Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management Initiatives, Contributing To Continuous Improvement And Operational Efficiency While Mentoring And Training New Analysts.
4. Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies, Ensuring That All Technical Solutions Meet Compliance And Security Mandates.
5. Enhance Customer Experience And Csat By Achieving First Call Resolution Rates, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopen Cases, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Intune And Sccm/Sms For Client Lifecycle Management.
2. Proficiency In Directory Services And Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite.
3. Strong Analytical And Troubleshooting Skills For Complex Technical Issues.
4. Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration And Customer Interaction.
