2. Leverage Powershell Scripting To Automate Operational Tasks And Enhance System Performance, While Performing Root Cause Analysis For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts.
3. Develop And Maintain A Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Best Practices, Conducting Training Sessions For New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts On Effective Troubleshooting Techniques.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Identify And Implement Solutions That Enhance Operational Security And Efficiency.
