Job Summary

Advanced Windows Administrationrn• Manage and support Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments rn• Handle complex incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management rn• Perform server hardening, patching, and performance tuning rnActive Directory & Identity Managementrn• Administer Active Directory, Group Policies (GPOs), DNS, DHCP rn• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls rn• Troubleshoot replication, authentication, and domain-related issues rnScripting & Automationrn• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell (mandatory) and/or VBScript rn• Automate repetitive administrative tasks and monitoring processes rn• Create reports and dashboards using scripts rnInfrastructure & Operationsrn• Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware/Hyper-V) rn• Manage storage, backups, and disaster recovery processes rn• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability rnSecurity & Compliancern• Implement security best practices and policies rn• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation rn• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards rnIncident & Change Managementrn• Act as escalation point for L1/L2 teams rn• Participate in change management and release processes rn• Maintain documentation and SOPs rn________________________________________rn

Key Responsibilities

Strong experience with Windows Server Administration (5–8+ years) rn• Expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation rnrn

Skill Requirements
