We are looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to support Commissioning and Electrical Safe Systems of Work (LOTO) teams on large-scale construction projects in the UAE. This role is responsible for maintaining documentation, permits, project records, and ensuring compliance with site safety procedures.
Responsibilities
Maintain safety documentation, permits, registers, and project records.
Support Commissioning and LOTO teams with administrative processes.
Track audits, inspections, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate documentation across construction teams.
Ensure document accuracy and compliance with project standards.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in construction or industrial administration.
Experience with safety documentation and permit systems.
Knowledge of LOTO procedures.
Experience using Aconex and Zutec.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Safety, Computer Science, or a related field.

Monthly Salary: Approximately USD $1,930
