Responsibilities

The appointee is expected to:

• Deal with internal affairs of the DAI, such as daily operations, documentation, communicate with other units

• Develop strategies to enhance the DAI’s internal efficiency

• Provide secretariat support to the Person-in-Charge of DAI

• Provides support for undergraduate matters (e.g. CTLE, examinations) and CCC courses

• Provide support for RPg students, visiting scholars, and visiting students

• Prepare various reports, documentation, budgets, and new initiatives for DAI

• Disseminate the news, findings, achievements of DAI to various channels

• Other administrative duties assigned by the Person-in-Charge of DAI

Requirements

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree with sufficient relevant experience in the tertiary education sector

• An excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

• High level of competence in computer literacy

• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong sense of responsibility

Salary and Benefits
