
The Senior Case Manager is responsible for oversight and ensuring participants are linked to relevant and effective services; all service efforts are monitored, connected, and in synchrony; and pertinent information gathered during assessment and monitoring is provided to the Adult Felony Accountability Court Coordinator in real time. Case management forms the framework around which the drug court process can credibly and effectively operate.

Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, criminal justice, behavior management, public health, sociology, corrections or a related field. Advanced degree and/or licensure or credentials in social work, addiction management or counseling preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years of fieldwork or case management experience to include project or program case management, in the field of addictions, human/family services, health services, public safety, law enforcement or corrections.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Certification(s): This position will not act in a clinical capacity and supervision hours will not be offered if applicant requires clinical licensing hours. Licenses and Certificates in the fields of social work, substance abuse counseling and/or similar fields are not a requirement for employment but are preferred.
Other:
Works closely with the clinical treatment provider(s) and community supervision officers to provide ongoing assessment and communication of the participant's progress and to coordinate referrals to appropriate ancillary service providers
