The Position

Senior Administrative Business Partner - SPG

As a Senior Administrative Business Partner, you will independently manage complex administrative functions, including high-level scheduling, project coordination, managing POs, accruals, and event planning. In this role, you will interact with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows.

By applying your advanced financial management knowledge and proficiency in organizational tools, you will play a significant role in team strategy, proactively streamline administrative processes, and handle a wide range of problems with autonomy to contribute to our operational goals.

Join us in our Warsaw or Poznań office 2 days per week - a hybrid approach designed to balance focused remote work with high-impact, in-person collaboration.

The Opportunity:

  • Independently manage complex administrative functions, high-level scheduling, and project coordination.

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of financial processes, managing POs, invoices, and accruals while providing input on workflow improvements.

  • Solve problems independently and take full ownership of projects to optimize efficiency with minimal supervision.

  • Interact with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and key clients to ensure seamless communication and professional relationship management.

  • Support team strategy and operational goals by proactively identifying and streamlining administrative process improvements.

  • Manage high-complexity tasks and intricate scheduling for large teams or multiple projects with sharp attention to detail.

  • Utilize advanced proficiency in organizational systems, office tools, and project management software to drive procedures.

Who you are:

  • Experience in high-level scheduling, project coordination, and large-scale event logistics.

  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from initiation to completion with full autonomy.

  • Skilled in stakeholder relationship management.

  • Advanced skills in office management software and project management platforms to drive departmental efficiency.

  • Experience managing financial workflows, specifically PO creation, invoice processing, and financial accruals.

  • Strong command of organizational systems and procedures, with a focus on implementing best practices.

  • Demonstrated success in identifying and refining operational workflows to significantly increase team efficiency.

  • Proven ability to maintain high accuracy while effectively managing high-density workloads and rapidly shifting priorities.

  • Flexible availability to align with various time zones and management needs.

  • Full professional proficiency in English.
