Responsibilities:
Assist the commander in all Property Accounting processes, namely by leading activities and periodically cross-checking inventory with balance lists provided by Agency Sub-PAO and PAO.
Prepare vouchers, shipping documents and reports of survey.
Package, ship, receive and distribute all materials for equipment repair, exchange and calibration.
Keep test equipment calibration reports and records.
Take all necessary actions to ensure that adequate administrative bedding and other domestic supplies are available.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as required, including:
o Keep a registry of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
o Keep a registry of all leave periods, sick leaves.
o Prepare all the required documents (TDY, transportation requests).
Carry out other duties as directed.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
At least 3 years' experience in supply procedures and storekeeping duties.
At least 3 years' experience in administrative procedures.
Must possess a driving license
Higher Secondary education and completed higher vocational training leading to a formal technical or professional certification with 3 years post related experience, or a Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 5 years post related experience
