WORKSITE: On-Site Sacramento, CA
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday with availability for overtime and up to 10% travel as needed
COMPENSATION: $35.00- $38.00 Per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide project support for executive‑level initiatives, including research, analysis, problem‑solving, and presentation development
• Collaborate regularly with Executive and senior leadership teams to coordinate materials, meetings, and business administration needs
• Collect, analyze, and interpret information to troubleshoot issues and support ongoing projects
• Communicate project updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders
• Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate extensive travel arrangements and prepare/submit expense reports
• Serve as the main point of contact for reviewing and managing standard deliverables
• Draft correspondence, handle incoming calls, and manage communications with tact and professionalism
• Develop new processes and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency
• Support team members with meeting coordination, data requests, and administrative needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience supporting Executives or Business Unit Heads
• Strong project support and process management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with minimal direction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse personalities
• Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs
• Availability for overtime and up to 10% travel as needed
